We start by collecting the patient’s blood and placing in a centrifuge. This separates the platelet rich plasma (PRP) from the blood. PRP is where the growth and healing factors live that are utilized in the treatment. We inject the PRP into the vaginal tissue and labia area which works to naturally repair and restore tissue and promotes collagen production. An added benefit is the natural tightening of the vagina that occurs. Next we use fillers to plump the labia to the desired look. We now can also use PRF Platelet Rich Fibrin) which is an upgraded version PRP, instead of PRP, to fill the labia instead of using fillers.
