Fat transfer to the penis, also known as penile fat grafting or penile augmentation with fat transfer, is a cosmetic surgical procedure designed to increase the girth of the penis (not length). It involves removing fat from one area of the patient’s body, through liposuction, and then injecting that fat into the penis to enhance its size and appearance.

Liposuction
The first step involves the extraction of fat from a donor area of the patient’s body, such as the abdomen, thighs, or flanks. Dr. Roba makes
We use a punch biopsy to create an opening not an incision in the chosen area and inserts a thin tube (cannula) connected to a vacuum device. Dr. Roba then carefully remove excess fat through gentle suction. Beautifil laser liposuction uses 1470 nm laser to remove the fat without damaging it and once removed this laser liposuction machine will separate the fat from blood and fibrous tissue. Studies show that beautifil preserves 95% of the fat when removed vs regular liposuction that only preserves 40-50 % of the fat when first removed.
Fat Purification
The extracted fat is processed to purify it, separating it from any blood, oil, or other impurities. This purified fat is collected in a sterile container and prepared for injection.
Penile Injection
Dr. Roba injects the purified fat into the penile tissue in a controlled and precise manner. The goal is to create a natural and symmetrical increase in penile girth.
Closing Incisions
Once the fat has been injected, Dr. Roba closes the incisions on the penis with suture no closure needed.
Recovery
Patients will typically experience some swelling and discomfort after the procedure, which can last for a few days. It is essential to follow our post-operative care instructions, including the use of prescribed pain medication and abstaining from sexual activity during the initial healing period.
Results
Over time, some of the injected fat may be absorbed by the body, but a portion of it will usually remain, providing a permanent increase in penile girth. The final results can typically be seen after a few weeks once the swelling has subsided and the fat has settled.
